Hi everyone,

I have a network with two servers and I want to forward http requests coming
in on port 80 on one server on to the other server, which is running a web
server. Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way of doing this in Win 2003?

Thanks very much,
Steve

Hi Steve,

If you run IIS on your original server, you could use a redirection URL
if you simply want to redirect users. To do this open IIS manager and
enter the Properties dialogue box for the website running on port 80.
Click the 'Home Directory' tab, and select 'A redirection to a URL',
then enter the URL to the new server.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the reply. I'll try that.

Regards,
Steve
