Forwarded ports not forwarding

I have the microsoft wireless base station with the latest
firmware, but none of my forwarded ports are going through.
None of the software that uses forwarded ports responds
correctly, and when I use canyouseeme.org to check open
ports, I get "connection refused" errors on all of them. I
have the windows firewall and the router's firewall
disabled. I should add that not even setting up a DMZ makes
the ports work properly. Any suggestions?
