The driver may let you set the speed and half/full duplex mode in its
Advanced properties tab.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Network -> (netcard name) -> Advanced

If the driver does not support it you may have an utility on the floppy or
CD that came with the board that can write your options in the board's
EEPROM. You will probably have to (re)start into DOS mode to use such
utility.
