Force Single NIC to be DHCP Server Win2003

I am trying to setup a ghost server that has an IP on 1 of 2 NIC's on
our company's network for backing up ghost images, but also a second
NIC with dhcp running on it.

The issue is that I cannot set the affinity for the DHCP server.
Pretty simple, I need to force a DHCP server to run on only one of two
NICs.

Open DHCP snap in. Open properties of your server, navigate to
"Advanced" tab. Press "Bindings" button. And select NIC, where you want
DHCP to listen...
