Force Password change in Domain

We are looking to force our employees to change their password every so many
days. I am going to control this via AD. My question is we have some
warehouse workers that only connect on a common machine using their personal
outlook profile. They never log onto a machine. The same sort of scenario
holds true for remote workers that only connect via VPN or OWA. How is it I
can get them to change their passwords as well. So far in testing it seems
that if I implement this they will not even be able to log on. Can anyone
give me a suggestion on how to do this?

If they must change their password you MUST provide
them a method to (at least temporarily) logon to the domain
at a computer, terminal services, etc.

Such logons can occur over a VPN but they must be logged
on to do this in most cases.

You can configure OWA to notify the user that their password will expire and
provide the ability to change it from within OWA.

VPN users can change passwords once connected, but you must make provisions
to notify them that the password will expire and must be changed before it
does. Once it changes or expires, they are locked out.

OWA might be a workable solution for those "exceptional" users.
