I have network with 1 w2003 server and ~50 workstation (WinXP). I want
to forbid using USB stick on every workstation.
Second scenario: I want to forbid using USB stick on each workstation
except 2-3 predefined stations. How to do it?

Options (some good, some bad):

1. Epoxy glue in the USB port

2. Duct Tape on the User's eyebrows if they get caught using it

3. There is supposed to be a registry hack or something like that, that disables
the use of USB devices of that sort. Unfortunately my love of Duct Tape has
cause me to forget where to find that information. I'm sure one of the other
guys in this group will have the details on that one.
