Who are Courtesy Shoes Ltd, and why do they own the IP netblock
containing Zen's web server?

Stale data in whois. That IP belongs to a larger IP block owned by Zen,
looks like they used to have the smaller block (/29 - 8 IPs) assigned to
that customer but have now re-used it for their own servers without
updating the whois.

A quick email to their support department should see them fixing it.
