does anyone of you knows of a good SOC rf transceiver @ 2.4ghz with the
FM demodulation capability?

Wanna be a bit less vague? FM baseband analog? FM data on top of
direct sequence spread spectrum? FM dat of frequency hopping spead
spectrum? Incidentally, 802.11 at 1 and 2 Mbit/sec is FM (no
amplitude modulation component). Your question covers everything
including 2.4GHz cordless phone chips, wireless mouse chips, Zigbee,
802.11b/g, and 2.4GHz X10 type TV remote chips. Whatcha building?
