Flushing logs files

I would like to know how to delete or refresh the following log files:
system logs, application logs, security logs, smtp logs, or http logs

Any help is appreciated

Open Event Viewer, right click System or Security, etc. and select
properties. On the General tab there is a button which allows clearing of
the Event log,. You can set log properties to overwrite as needed,
overwrite after a certain amount of time, or never overwrite.
