flushing ARP cache

Hi,

I have been having a few problems with my network and when I try to repair
the connection on either of the NICs in my server I get the following error:

The following steps of the repair operation failed:
Flushing the ARP cache.

Please contact your network administrator or ISP.

Any help would be appreciated.
