Previous versions of the BNU software will have issues.
If you are trying to use an older version of the BNU software on Windows XP
SP2, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
That being said, BNU is sort of useless in Windows XP. There is absolutely
nothing you can't do without it. In fact, it is probably easier to use the
Wireless support tools that are in Windows XP SP2 than the BNU.
