*FIX* for Incorrect WEP Key Error

I have read several posts that mention that their
wireless adapters worked fine until they installed sp2. I
had the same problem, I also downloaded all the latest
updates, disabled firewalls, turned off WEP encryption,
etc. to no avail. The fix for me was to go to control
panel/system/hardware/device manager. I found my wireless
device and rolled-back the driver to a previous version,
and it started working instantly!

One thing that I noticed was on my MS Broadband utility
homepage, it listed my wireless adapter (510) as having
WAP 128-bit security, although I had it set up as WEP.
Once I rolled back the driver, that status changed as
well.

Hope this helps.
