I want to network two Red hat 7.3 computers. How do I go about subnetting it?
Any input would be appreciated.

Define "to network"...

There are a handful of tutorials around which cover networking two PCs
together with a direct crossover Ethernet cable connection, without the
need for a hub. If its just two machines you want to connect, without an
outside network connection, then this is all you'll need. Alternatively you
could buy two wireless cards and put them into ad hoc mode so they network
amongst themselves.

Just get a crossover cable, plug it in, give the two machines different
addresses in the same subnet - voilà.
