I have networked ok. However if I leave the firewall on on
the guest (Win '98) computer I am not able to connect to
it. What port needs to be open on the guest computer for
the host (Win ME) to connect? And, how do I go about doing
that? Any help is appreciated!

The latest versdion of ZoneAlarm Pro takes care of this problem itself once
you set it up and tell it which is host and which is guest.

Opening a port isn't the solution, because it would allow Internet
hackers to get in through that port.

Configure the firewall to allow access by all IP addresses on your
local area network. Those are usually 192.168.x.x.
