Firewall scope

Hi,

Am trying to set firewall scope on my multiple nic Server.
My firewall as an execption list of port 1580 to 1584 open and when I try to
apply a scope restriction the firewall logs shows drop packet from these
ports.
What I try to apply so far.
192.168.100.0/24,192.168.240.0/24 OR
192.168.100.0/255.255.255.0,192.168.240.0/255.255.255.0
With no success
