Finding shares

I recall there use to be a utility that could scan file shares on a network.
Anyone know what MS utility (or command line) does this? I'd like to
control the shares on our network but need to find them first.

I'm well aware of NET SHARE. I'm looking for a Windows based utility that
shows all the shares on a network in a graphical form.
