ISP specific, some allow you to pay more to "flex" to a higher speed
from time to time (Eclipse), Zen charge £15 to upgrade speed, Wanadoo
and F2S give you 1M as standard if you're line will take it.

order. Don't be put off by weasel words like "may", "should" and the
