We are having an issue where files share from a W2k3 SP1 server are
intermittently becoming unavailable. We are not logging any errors in the
event log at all. We can restart the machine and it will work for several
hours. Client locally can access with no problems, remote users can ping the
server and the server logs them as accessing in the security event log, but
cannot see the shares. All users are Windows XP with either SP1 or SP2. The
server is on a NT4 domain right now.
