Files From Server Sloooow

Our Win2K server has been slowing down to a crawl of late.
To open a file on the server, it can take almost 1-2 minutes, same for
saving.
We have seen this over the last few days.
I checked the otman files from Veritas.
The system is getting very slow, but I get no real errors.
Ideas?

Hey John,

Have you checked for any programs that might be running in the background?
Are the files you are trying to open located on the server and you are
trying at the server? How much free space if left on the server?
