The issue I am experiencing is with the version of NFS server bundled with
Windows server 2003R2.

I have configured the setup of NFS server to be case insensitive, however I
am unable to locate the additional settings that enabled me to return file
names in a specific case. (All Lower case). These settings were available on
SFU3.5 but I am unable to locate them on the 2003R2 mmc management interface.

Is there any way to achieve this functionality manually or am I missing
something.
