File Sharing (XP Home and XP Pro)

This might be stupid but, I really don't know much about networking.

I have a company issued laptop which of course uses a domain with XP Pro in
it. i don't have admin rights on this laptop.
I also have a personal laptop that obviously doesn't belong to a domain with
XP Home in it.
I have both laptop connected to my netgear wireless access point at home and
i can connect to the internet without problems.

Now, with both laptops having different OS and one belongs to a domain while
the other one doesn't, can I share files between them?

I couldn't change anything on the company issued laptop but I could do
anything I want with my personal laptop. Help guys... Thanks.
