File sharing Problem.

We have a small network of 40 computers running on Windows
98 and a Windows 2003 server. The Win98 clients are not
able to access shared folders on other Win98 clients using
user level access. The dialogue box "Enter Network
Password" - You must supply a password to make this
connection appears. Kindly help.
