If you have XP Home Edition, run the Network Setup Wizard on XP to
fully enable file sharing. That should eliminate the password dialog:

If you've explicitly created a password for XP's Guest account, enter
that password at the password dialog.
If you have XP Professional and have explicitly disabled simple file
