File sharing between a ME computer and a XP computer

I can successfully share files from a XP computer that are on a ME computer
but NOT from a ME computer that are on a XP computer...all else seems to
work OK (says there is not enough memory)...If someone out there has been
successful at file sharing from a ME computer with a XP computer...let me
know the secret...please CP
