File Sharing and Permission

I have a MN-700 basestation and three wireless laptops
that share fine
the basestation that is connected though a ethernet cable
in port one
i cannot access any of this computer, it say's:

"You might not have permission to use this network
resource contact the adminstrator of this server ro find
out if you have access permissions."

and on this computer no files from my wireless laptops
appear my network places

i don't get
