File Sharing and Passwords

Does anyone know how to set-up file sharing so that
windows will prompt for the share password everytime the
file is accessed instead of just once, and then stay
connected? I am doing a conference and all of the speakers
have their presentations on a server and would like to
access them through the network but what happends when
they are finished and walk away, the computer is still
connected to their folder and their presentation can be
tampered with. Any toughts
