file sharing aand seeing computer in workgroup

i have linksis wireless router with five connections (3 desktops, 1 vonage
phone service and one wireless laptop)the desktops are hard wired to the
router. after i set up a small home oroffice network with the wizard i get
the-
"<WORKGROUP> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions.

The List of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."

i dont know what to do i did do an ipconfig for each computer and the the
only one i dont get a ping from i the one i need to shar files with.

This problem is most often caused by a misconfigured firewall. Make sure
all firewalls - whether third-party or XP's SP2 Windows Firewall - are
configured to allow the lan as trusted. Here is a troubleshooter by MVP
