File/Print Server Connection Gets Disconnected

I have Win Server2003 running with simple domain network. Three desktops and
2 laptops with wireless connection. I seem to loose the domain connection to
print with a domain connected printer and access to network files. I have to
reboot the PC to get the printer working again. Clients are set to Never end
a session. What is going on here and what do I need to do to fix. I used to
have the network setup as a Workgroup and never saw a problem like this.
