File "networks" missing

I am trying to reinstall a network adapter and I am
getting the message "The file"networks" on Windows 98
Second Edition CD-ROM cannot be found."

The file is not on the CD-ROM and I cannot find it on the
Microsoft site. Can someone please help!

bad error message, it is looking for the driver for the
network card.
