file / folder replication

I have five file servers each in different locations. They are connected
via T1 lines. They are all in the same domain, and each are domain
controllers / and GCs.

I'd like to setup an IT folder on each of them and have the contents of that
folder replicate to the other servers (much like AD replicates itself).

Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
