File download not complete in Win XP

I have problem with file download.
File down load do not coplete. It come to 99% very fast, but after
that it hangs.
Any solution?

Don't know. Ask the place you're downloading the file from perhaps? This
newsgroup supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software
