File and printer sharing for a main XP PC and 2nd 98fe PC

I have a main XP PC connected to a wireless router and a second 98fe PC
connected to a wireless adapter. Whenever I call up the manufacturers of the
networking devices they say it an OS issue and absolutely refuse to help me
in any way. It frustrates me so much. Can anybody please help me?
