Few Questions

My Exchange enables on October 1st 2003.

A few questions:

1) Has pipex confirmed their 1mbit install date (was told mid October)?
2) How long will it take from when I sign up for Pipex 1mbit ADSL untill it
will actually be on and working?

Whats all your views on Pipex?

I think you can only upgrade during the trial period. How long the trial
is I don't know.

If you want it ASAP then you'll have to sign up for 512 and then bite
the bullet and pay the £40 upgrade

I`m very happy with my 512k account, although you get used to the speed
very quickly and hunger for more :-p

I haven`t really had to contact their support, so can`t comment on their
efficiency, and i`ve had a couple of periods of downtime since Feb, but
none that lasted more than a few hours.

Compared to dialup (and the associated downtimes on that) it`s a DREAM !

Update. You can now sign up direct for the 1Mb, but it will not be
actioned until the go live date in October.

aye, I am gonna wait untill the 1st October and then sign up when my
exchange is enabled ...
