FC4 and NS (network simulator)

Hi
I previously installed ns on fedora 3 with tcl support and everything went
fine, now I upgraded my system to the brand new fedora 4 and ns doesn't work

I think it's because of the new gcc fedora brings with her (at least, I
remember I read somewhere, something about it...).
Is anyone of you using ns over fedora 4?
