Fax Receive On Server 2003 Standard

I've had some troubles with this for quite some time. I'm currently using a
trial version of SBS2k3 standard and have got attached to the fax abilities,
both incoming and outgoing.

The problem is, whilst I've usually been able to send faxes without
problems, the server never seems to like receiving the faxes. I've done a
little bit of research on this and can't seem to find anything that resolves
my issue. Is there a known (preferred) method of setup or at least a good
document on this?

I mainly ask as if I can setup the main features we like and use in server
standard/enterprise, then we have a more fair list of points to workout
which OS would be the best for us.
