Fax Not Answering in Auto Mode

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has come across the issue where thier fax server is
not picking up the fax.

I can receive and send but I cannot get the fax to pick up in auto answer
mode?

I have this configured at this time.

Auto answer
Pick up on 3rd ring
Auto rout to email and file.
Print is first in the order.

I have Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.
I tried Googling and MS KB's and really nothing on it.

Any help would be great!

Fix,

COM ports in conflict on Motherboard. Change slots on MB and fax now
answering again.
