Fault to login AD , after apply the SP4 on windows 2000 server

After applied the windwos 2000 server sp4 and some
secutiry update , all our windows 98 , ME client PC cannot
login to PDC , the error return was password not correct
however all other windows xp /2000 client havn't such
problem , I did install the update AD client on all
windows ME, 98 machine , it's still not work , any one
could solve it , Thank You !!
