Fault with line or ISP?

I'm getting frequent disconnects, losing Sync almost every 10 minutes or so.

Based on the following info would anyone care to speculate whether the
problem

is with my ISP or the BT line?

Item Downstream
Upstream

Channel Bit Rate(Kbps) 7712 448

Relative Capacity Occupation(%) 100 45

Noise Margin(dB) 6.5 26.0

Output Power(dBm) 20.0 12.0

Attenuation(dB) 28.0
17.0

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Don

I'd speculate it might be neither... I've found disconnectsion problems
(mine would go down at various times, and I'd hear a relay clicking for a
few minutes at a time, until it managed to connect again). It was not as
bad as the problem you are seeing, but I could guarantee at least 3 times
a day the link would be down for a few minutes. Switching router made it
so I no longer see disconnections at all. What router do you have ?
