Fatal Ex in Vxd Vredir

I am running Windows 98 SE with all the patches and
updates installed, (This an OEM version). Am getting this
message with a networked file open "An exception 0E has
occurred at 0028:???????? in VxD VREDIR(01) +". I have
found this KB article " 293793 " which should fix it but
need to know how or where I can get the file.
Can anyone tell me how to get it as the ms site directs
you to builder sites for help when you say it is OEM.
