It depends..... on :-
1. what is between the antenna - walls, trees, etc
2. what local interferers exist - other wireless LAN users, microwave ovens,
cordless phones, wireless doorbells, ...
3. the gain of the yagi antenna.
With no special antenna and two brick walls I (usually) get a signal level
of around -70dBm to -80 dBm over a 60m distance, and a data rate of around
1MBd to 6MBd.
The power level is around 20dBm (I think) - ie 100mW
