How i can i configure a failover server for my current server :

MS Server 2003 Standard
Sage CRM
Sage AccPack

if this server fails our bussiness stops i want to "clone" this server so if
the primary server fails my secondary kicks-in

Please Help

You could check out DoubleTake, GeoCluster, or similar - verify that Sage
software will support it.

With LifeKeeper from SteelEye Technology we offer something called a
Generic Recovery Kit. For applications that are not covered by the
standard recovery kits, you are able to build a protection module that
simple requires you define a start script and a stop script and an
option check script. These scripts can be as simple as Net Start
ServiceName to something much more complex, depending on the
application.
