failover configuration

Hi
I have UTM with two wan interfaces. I would like to set up this UTM to
failover configuration. When wan1 is down all traffic will go via wan2. when
wan2 is down all traffic should go automaticly via wan1. how to set up this
functionality? I ahave static touting, policy routing and firewall policy.
