Obviously Graham has broadband hence his comments!
As someone in the same boat as John I can sympathise with him totally.
My line length is 5.3km but even with the new extended reach limits my line
is still unacceptable which must be down to the quality of the line,
something that I feel BT should put right.
What we need is another company to challenge BT in the providing of
broadband because then you can bet your bottom dollar that BT WOULD be able
to tweak the lines.
The trouble is at the moment that company is a long way off.
The current attitude of BT and users like Graham don't help those of us in a
situation where we want broadband of some sort but cant get it because BT
cant get there act together
