Fail to connect MN-700 to internet via PPPoE

My Internet Connection is FTTB+LAN, via PPPoE. I can
connect to Internet on my PC. But when I set the same
settings on MN-700, it always tell me it cannot connect to
the Internet. From the Management Tool, it cannot get IP at
WAN port.

In fact, I don't need a broadband modem to connect the
internet. I am wondering if MN-700 can work with this
network topology.

Any comment is appreaciated.

Depending on your modem you may not need to enter PPPoE
information into the base station. If your modem logs you
into your ISP do the following to the MN700.

Wide area network - set the connection type to dynamic,
clone mac address -> it shoule be the WAN MAC of the
MN700 (at the bottom of the Home page) ,obtain DNS
automatically

Thanks for your help. But I did get a username/password fro
my ISP. And I use it to setup my PPPoE internet connection
on my PC. If I use 'dynamic IP', then how can I use the
username/password pair?

Any way, thanks for your kindly help.

Try your 'entire' username i.e. (E-Mail Removed) and the
password in the next line before hitting apply.
Then on the home page, try disconnect and reconnect 2-3
times andthen see if you are connected.
