F2S > Elcipse, or maybe not - then who?

I'm on the Cascade Plus service from F2S, it's pretty good and I have no
real complaints except that the offpeak is a little crap. 1am-6am. So I'm
paying 23.99 a month and use ALOT of Bittorrent. I'm a good person too - I
upload as much as I download so we're looking at 25gb up and 25gb down. It
all gets used up pretty fast as the offpeak is so small.

Eclipse looked good at 14.99 - peak is only 6 hours and you can download as
much as you like outside those hours, 20 GB in those hours.......and then
I'm informed they do some pretty nasty throttling.....hmmmm, maybe not.

I just don't feel I'm getting the best value for money here, simply because
of F2S's offpeak timings....

Looking at the other options(and the main one is really to save money!) -
Biscit offer what seems a good package at 29.99 inc BT line rental - but
they have no peak/offpeak. What would they consider an 'unreasonable' amount
of download a month? They seem to rate highly here, yet I did read an
alarming post that they were in trouble.....

UKFSN look very good as well(better offpeak)(Home Max 30). I read alot of
good things here about Enta resellers and Enta.

What about NDO/Namesco? 'Unlimited Offpeak download' - couldn't find on
their site what Offpeak was ....anyone know?

What's the best option? Have I missed someone? I reckon I download 25-30gb a
month. I like to upload as much as I download on Bittorrent as well. I know
some ISP's give you a monthly download limit and others give you a GB
allowance which includes upload. I don't mind a lower Peak allowance if the
Offpeak timings are pretty large (ie. better than 1am -6am!)

Using UKFSN here....good fast/stable connection here, ukfsn seem a bit
amateurish in the support side of things but entanet are great.
