You need a disk/dual-LNB to pickup signals from 19.2E (Freesat is at 28.2E)
and a means of switching these over - so NOT as easy as it might seem!

Yes indeed, but the OP has a spare Sky dish to point at Astra 1 as he's
going for BT vision.

I've received RTL from my front garden (in the Peak District) using the
piddling little dish I use in my caravan so a Sky dish should work OK as
long as it's not chucking it down.

: Answer: They believe that the F1 coverage will be available to BT Vision
: customers who subscribe to the Sky Sports 1/2 package but at the moment
: cannot guarantee it as they are waiting to finalise details with Sky.
: They believe it will be on Sky Sports 1 channel.

The Digitalspy forum postings, on the other hand, are VERY doubtful if BT
Vision will be able to take this channel. It will run for 3 days each
race weekend, will be a different channel to SS1 and will clash with
lots of Premier League matches!

We will see!

My understanding is that Bt Vision don't broadcast Sky Sports via the
the net connection - but instead use two encrypted DTT channels for SS1 and
SS2. These two channels are all they have and we will see if they can swap
one over for the F1 racing without causing other problems!
