Extra computers in network neighborhood

Hello,

I am seeing a lot of extra/old computer accounts in the network
neighborhood. These computers no longer exist physically or in AD, DNS, DHCP
or WINS. The browse list does seem to be updating this information. The
browse list is being updated, because I see new computers, but some of these
old ones just won't go away. Does anybody have any ideas as to how to get rid
of these or what is causing them to stick around? Is there anyway to force
the browse list to be recreated from scratch? I have restarted the computer
browser service on a couple of the DC's (not all of them) and on the browse
master. We have all Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003. There is one
Windows 2000 DC and multiple 2003 DC's. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mark
