Extending my range 3 houses down

My best friend bought a house 3 doors down and we decided we wanted to
share one internet connection.

I have a linksys router wrt54g v2 running ddwrt in repeater mode in my
backyard shed mounter up as high and as close to a window.

at his house he only gets 1 bar of signal


what can we do to extend the power sp he can have signal all over their
house

The better way to do this would be to establish a point to point connection
between your houses and redistribute in each with an access point.

At your house you would have your internet modem, a router and a point to
point radio and antenna setup. At the other end you would have a point to
point radio and antenna connected to a wireless access point.
