Extend range of WUSB54G Receiver

My USB laptop adapter has a short fold up antenna
How can I extend the receiving range when I am on a
trip in my RV and find hotspots. All antennas i see advertised
have to be connected someplace and I see no place to
attach to my receiver, a Linksys WUSB54G
