Hi,

Ineed to extend my wireless network 802.11b adsl modem router.

I think I need an Access Point such as a D-Link 700AP, D-Link 2000AP,
Linksys WAP54G.

I intend to go 802.11g for future upgrade of ADSL Modem router.

Once the Access Point is in I get it to receive on Channel 6 - my ADSL Modem
Router channel and transmit on another channel 7 say, and then my network
adaptor is set to channel 7.

Have I got the right idea?

Cheers

fj
